If you ordered the hardcover, you will receive your book within 1.5 weeks.

You could request your birth certificate online from the municipality where you were registered after your birth. If you can't get your birth time this way, you could make an appointment with a Vedic astrologer. They can determine your exact time of birth, sometimes even down to the second.
It may happen that your place of birth (for example, a small village) isn't listed. If so, you can enter the nearest larger city. Regarding your place of birth, the main thing is the correct time zone.
Good question! Your name initially has no influence on the results of your chart. The name you enter will appear on the front of your guide (both the e-book and the hardcover) and will also be mentioned several times throughout your guide. It's up to you whether you enter only your first name, your first name, or also your last name.
Absolutely. During a reading, there isn't always enough space to go into all the points on your chart in as much detail as the guide does. So, with the guide, you'll receive additional information that's probably new to you.
In addition, the guide is a comprehensive reference work in which you can read everything you heard in the reading (but perhaps weren't able to fully memorize).
